- In 1999, Unisonchem was founded.

For more than 20 years, Unisonchem has focused on the construction and optimization of chemical products source, and has a variety of export products, which are widely used in leather processing, mining and mineral processing, agricultural fertilizer, water treatment, detergent, oil field, paper making, food and feed additives etc.

- In 2004, Tangshan Huizhong Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was established to produce sodium metabisulfite, sodium bisulfite, sodium sulfite anhydrous and magnesium sulfate. Total capacity is over 200,000 tons/a.

- In 2010, Tianjin Gangyou Storage and Transportation co., Ltd. was established as logistics subsidiary.

- In 2022, another subsidiary, Unison Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and mainly dealing with tannery related chemicals.
